He has 30 years of technical experience in servers, storage, and cloud - virtualization, clustering and high availability, hardware and software platform migration, enterprise backup and recovery solutions, data center relocation, disaster recovery strategy/planning/exercise, staff augmentation, training, and mentoring, and project and group leadership. He has co-authored IBM technical certification tests and an IBM Redbook paper, and he has been recognized as an IBM Champion every year since 2019. He is also a published academic researcher in machine learning and natural language processing with data analytics skills.
